Corporate Psychological Support for Workers

WorkSpaceIQ staff can provide independent wellbeing advice and support to help you and your staff build psychological safety and resilience to help achieve balance, understanding and wellbeing at work and in life.

We pride ourselves on providing individualised, onsite support services facilitated by registered health professionals.

The key to providing effective psychological support to staff is to ensure support is provided early in order to anticipate challenges or barriers which allows time to work through them as they arise. Early intervention minimises the impact on the worker, the workplace, the workers family and our communities.
